Working Principle of Asphalt Batch Mix Plant:
Aggregate Feeding: Aggregates (stones and sand) are stored in cold feed bins and transported to the drying drum.
Drying and Heating: The drying drum heats the aggregates to remove moisture as they pass through.
Mixing: The twin-shaft paddle mixer mixes hot aggregates with asphalt binder and filler material
Storage and Discharge: Hot storage silos store the mixed asphalt concrete and discharge it into trucks or directly onto trucks for transportation to the construction site.
